So scary... Tmr afternoon maybe start answering calls liao. Today there's buddy session...so we get to pair up with permanent officers and listen to their conversations and get to try answering some of the calls. My heart was beating so fast when i'm preparing to answer the first call... Heng...my partner helped me with the clicking of the computer and providing me with the ans, so i just have to talk to the caller.

Hope as time passes, i'll be able to get used to the system and answer the call confidently...
